Today, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our agency’s MarTech evolution: the launch of our dedicated Marketing Automation Team to support our Skout Marketing Automation platform and other major automation and CRM platforms, such as: Salesforce, Asana, PestPac, Sales Center, Pest Routes, ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, GorillaDesk, Jobber, HousecallPro, ClickPoint, and others.
This isn’t just a new tech team; it’s a reinforcement of our commitment to being the most technology-forward, process-driven agency in the service area business vertical. As MarTech continues to evolve and AI reshapes the digital landscape, City Ranked is staying ahead of the curve to ensure our clients are positioned as early adopters in the ever-changing digital landscape.
Welcoming Back a Familiar Face, Krystal Lewis
To lead this new initiative, we couldn’t think of anyone better than Krystal Lewis, our new Marketing Automations Account Manager.
Krystal, being one of our first 10 employees, spent over seven years helping build our agency’s Account Management foundation, including creating the processes and management training for our One-Team Model, which has now transformed into our Digital RAMP Program.
After three years away, where she managed marketing communications and operations for one of the nation’s largest pest control brands, Krystal has returned to City Ranked to head up our Marketing Automation team. She brings with her:
- Deep Marketing Expertise: Unmatched knowledge of the service area business (SAB) sector.
- Operational Excellence: Extensive experience in marketing operations, including complex mergers and acquisitions process management.
- Client-First Mentality: A proven track record of building systems and processes that work for her clients.
Our Skout customers will now work directly with Krystal and the rest of the City Ranked Skout Team to refine their marketing/sales pipelines and maximize their ROI.
Joining Krystal on the Marketing Automation team will be Duane Baumgartner, City Ranked’s founder, and Steven Haye, our resident Senior Full-Stack Developer responsible for CRM integrations and AI programming. Both Duane and Steven have worked on the Skout platform since its inception, with Duane focused on workflow sequencing and messaging, and Steven on CRM integrations and AI programming for the platform.
To date, City Ranked has successfully implemented CRM integrations with Salesforce, Asana, PestPac, Sales Center, Pest Routes, ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, GorillaDesk, Jobber, HousecallPro, ClickPoint, and others.
The 2026 AI and Marketing Automation Roadmap
The formation of the Marketing Automation team marks the beginning of a rapid buildout phase for 2026. We’re focused on building several new AI-Powered enhancements to the Skout platform, and automating as much of the experience as possible to allow our customers to focus on closing new customers and adding new revenue to their bottom line.
